Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's 24 Mar 2026 notes to Ruth Ackroyd after a check-in: no open tickets, slightly rising use, and spare Growth capacity. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Daniel offers walkthroughs for teams that have not had one, such as quality or sales engineering, and promises a summary of the questions Dunholm Precision's people ask.
Customer view: none recorded. Ruth does not reply in the thread, so her view of value is not shown.
Next: the headroom claim rests on 60 licensed users with only a fraction active. That is an adoption lever on the Growth plan, but it is also a sign that value is thinly spread.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Mar 2026 08:37Dear Ruth, Thank you for your time on our call. I wanted to send a few notes while it is fresh, just to close the loop. First, things look steady from where I sit. There are no open tickets from your team, nothing has been escalated, and the numbers I look at show the brain being used a little more than a few months ago. That is good to see, and it is down to you and your team making it part of the working week. Second, you have plenty of room on the Growth plan. There are 60 licensed users, and only a fraction of those are active in a typical month. If there are teams, perhaps in quality or the sales engineering group, who haven't had a proper walkthrough yet, I'd be glad to arrange one. How is the team finding it day to day? Third, I'll come back to you before long with a short summary of what we're seeing in the questions your people ask, so you can judge whether it matches what you expect. As ever, if you'd like me to look at something specific, which customer or which part, just tell me and I'll gather the evidence. Thank you again, and please pass on my regards to the team. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
