Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan listed the access she needs after kickoff. Nathan Booth will send CRM and helpdesk access in writing this week and will approve field mappings. Call recorder access is unresolved and sits with someone in IT.
Ask: Callie needs written read-only CRM access, helpdesk access, call recorder access and a named approver for field mappings. She will not start any connector without written access.
Customer view: Nathan is cooperative and will approve mappings with Ruth. He cannot yet commit on the call recorder.
Next: Nathan sends the two accesses and checks with IT, then Callie sends mappings for sign-off.

- Callie Brennan 10 Dec 2024 10:31Hello Ruth, hello Nathan, Thanks for your time at the kickoff. Here is where we landed, so we are all working from the same list. What I need from your side is: - Read-only access to your CRM, in writing, for the account we agreed on. - Access to the helpdesk where the quality tickets sit. - Access to the call recorder so we can bring in the sales-engineer calls. - A named person who can approve field mappings, which I think is Nathan. Before we switch on the refresh, I will map the order and quality fields and send you the mapping for sign-off. I will not start any connector until I have the access in writing. Nathan, could you tell me which of these you can arrange first, and who else on your side I should be talking to about the call recorder? Thanks, Callie
- Nathan Booth 12 Dec 2024 14:09Hi Callie, Thanks for the list. I can sort the CRM and helpdesk access this week and will send both to you in writing. The call recorder is the one I need to check, as I think another colleague in IT holds the admin rights. I will ask them and come back to you. Yes, I will approve the field mappings. Please send them over when they are ready and I will go through them with Ruth. Regards, Nathan
