It keeps the same scope as today: 40 licensed users, with the annual subscription at £48,500. Your current term ends on 30 Apr 2026, so if we can get this over the line by 16 Apr 2026 it keeps momentum and avoids any gap in service for the key-account managers. Before I sign, I would like it confirmed in writing that the figure of £48,500 is the annual subscription and that the number of users remains 40. I would also like to know who our day-to-day contact is for the account once this is signed. Confirmed in writing: £48,500 is the annual subscription, and the order form covers 40 licensed users. Nothing else has changed from the current terms. For day-to-day matters, Marcus Bell remains your Customer Success Manager, and I stay on the commercial side. Both of us are on hand.
