Current to 11 Oct 26Andrew Pickering accepted a Thursday 14:00 renewal call but wants Priya Raman present, a written proposal beforehand and a short agenda. He does not expect to agree anything on the call.
Ask: Andrew wants the proposal in writing before the call so he can weigh it against the company's own budget, and an agenda by the middle of next week.
Customer view: he prefers to deal with the person holding the commercial side and signals no commitment on the call itself.
Next: Marcus Bell needs to get the agenda out and make sure Priya sends the written proposal in time.

- Marcus Bell 10 Feb 2026 14:34Hi Andrew, Following the renewal notice I sent at the end of last month, I'd like to find a time for us to talk through the renewal. Your current term ends on 30 Apr 2026, so it would be good to have the conversation in the next few weeks rather than leave it late. I can offer: - Tuesday next week, 11:00 or 15:00 - Thursday next week, any time after 13:00 I'll share my screen and take you through usage by team, and Priya Raman from our commercial side can join to cover terms. Do any of those suit? Thanks, Marcus
- Andrew Pickering 11 Feb 2026 12:10Dear Marcus, Thank you for your note. Thursday at 14:00 would be convenient. I would be grateful if Priya could attend, as I would prefer to deal with the person who holds the commercial side of the account. I should say in advance that I do not expect to agree anything on the call itself. I would like any proposal in writing beforehand, so that I can consider it in the round with our own budget. Could you send a short agenda by the middle of next week? Kind regards, Andrew Pickering
