Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell's 29 Dec 2025 notes say fewer of Brannock's 40 licensed users are logging in and the wider team has gone quiet. Helen Varley has not replied in the thread.
Ask: Marcus asked Helen to say, by trust, where account managers still use spreadsheets instead of the brain. He proposed a half-hour call in the first week back.
Customer view: Helen blamed the holiday period and a busy stretch of trust renewals. No reply is shown here.
Next: no support issues are open, so silence is the signal. Marcus needs her input to tell a training gap from a data problem.

- Marcus Bell 29 Dec 2025 09:40Hi Helen, Thanks for making time last week. Here are my notes so we both have the same picture. What I've pulled from the numbers: - Fewer of your people are logging in than last quarter, and the drop is noticeable. You have 40 licensed users, and only a small group are using the brain regularly. - The key-account managers who were asking the most questions are still there, but the wider team has gone quiet. - Nothing is wrong on the support side. No open issues from you, which is good, but it also means I don't hear what's getting in the way. You mentioned the holiday period and a busy stretch of trust renewals. That may well explain some of it, and I'd rather not read too much into one quarter. What would help me: could you tell me, by trust if possible, where the account managers are still using spreadsheets instead of asking the brain? Then I can look at whether it's a training gap or something in the data. Happy to jump on a call in the new year if that's easier. Shall we book half an hour in the first week back? Thanks, Marcus
