Current to 11 Oct 26Priya Raman sent Andrew Pickering the £2,010 Growth expansion order form on 14 Nov 2024. He replied on 19 Nov 2024 that finance was content and he would return the signed copy, asking for the countersigned version in writing.
Ask: Priya wanted the order form signed by 18 Nov 2024. Everything else under the existing agreement stays as it is, including the 40 licensed users and the term to 30 Apr 2025.
Customer view: Andrew apologised for missing the date because finance wanted to review it first. He raised no changes and said the team was content with the form as it stands.
Next: The thread shows only his intention to return the signed copy, not the signed copy itself. Until BB-Demo countersigns, the form is an open item, and he has asked for the countersigned version for his records.

- Priya Raman 14 Nov 2024 17:18Hi Andrew, Following our conversation, I have attached the order form for the Growth expansion, which comes to £2,010 in total. Everything else under your existing agreement stays as it is, including the 40 licensed users and the current term to 30 Apr 2025. If we can get this over the line by Monday 18 Nov 2024, the team can have it set up without any delay. Please let me know if anything needs changing and I will turn it round quickly. Best, Priya
- Andrew Pickering 19 Nov 2024 08:06Dear Priya, Thank you for sending this over, and apologies that it has slipped past the date you suggested. I wanted our finance team to look it over first. We are content with the order form as it stands and I will return the signed copy to you this morning. Might I ask you to send me the countersigned version once it is done, so that I have it in writing for our records? Kind regards, Andrew Pickering Finance Director, Brannock Medical Supplies
