Current to 11 Oct 26Finance Director Andrew Pickering has read the Growth tier order form for £53,800 but will not sign until he has a written breakdown and a named account manager. No BB-Demo reply is in the thread.
Ask: Andrew wants in writing what the £53,800 comprises, split between first-year charges and anything one-off. He also wants a named person for the relationship and day-to-day care.
Customer view: he is cautious and has seen account owners change before. Priya's target was signature by 12 Apr 2024.
Next: Priya answers both points in writing so the form can be signed.

- Priya Raman 10 Apr 2024 17:37Dear Andrew, Following the proposal discussions with Helen and her team, I attach the order form for the Growth tier for your signature. The total value on the form is £53,800. Please do read it through in the round and let me know if anything needs adjusting. If we can get this over the line by 12 Apr 2024, we can book the start of the implementation and get your key-account managers set up promptly. Happy to make this easy: I can answer any questions by phone or email, whichever you prefer. Best, Priya
- Andrew Pickering 11 Apr 2024 10:06Dear Priya, Thank you for sending this over. I have read it through, and I have two requests before I sign. First, I would like it in writing exactly what the figure of £53,800 comprises, and what falls to be paid in the first year as against anything one-off. I would rather not infer it. Second, who is our account manager now once the form is signed? I have seen account owners change before, and I would like a named person for the relationship, and for who looks after us day to day. I will review as soon as I have your reply. Kind regards, Andrew Pickering
