Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi's note after the 2 Sep 2026 QBR tells Gemma Holt and Rajesh Mistry that active use is well below the 60 Growth licences and has dipped. No customer reply in the thread. It ties any change to the 4 Jan 2027 renewal.
Ask: Amara proposes widening access to customer service and planners, sending Rajesh a usage view by team, and tying any change to the renewal. She states there is no commercial ask.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so Gemma's and Rajesh's reactions are not shown. Questions come mostly from commercial insights, which leaves the brain leaning on a small group.
Next: usage view by team, then the next QBR.

- Amara Obi 2 Sep 2026 11:52Hi Gemma, hi Rajesh, Thanks both for making time this morning. As promised, here's a short note so we all have the same picture. Here's what the numbers say. Harrowden is licensed for 60 users on the Growth tier, and the number of people actually active in a typical month is a fair way below that. It has also dipped a little against the previous quarter. Rajesh, I know you like to see it used, so I'd rather flag that plainly than leave it for later. The questions being asked are still coming mostly from the commercial insights side, which is what we'd expect, but it does mean the brain is leaning on a small group. On the positive side, there is nothing open with support that is worrying me, and invoices are all up to date, so this is about adoption rather than anything being broken. What I'd suggest as next steps: - Gemma and I look at who else should have access, particularly customer service and the planners, and agree a short list. - I send over a simple usage view by team, so Rajesh can see where the licences are and are not being used before anything else is discussed. - We keep the contract end on 4 Jan 2027 in mind, so that any change is sensible and tied to that renewal rather than bolted on. Lewis is copied so he has the context, but there is no commercial ask in this note. Let's get the next QBR in the diary once the usage view is out, and I'll find a slot that suits you both. Anything I've missed or got wrong, just shout. Best, Amara
