Ask: Alice wants Kelly to attend and share what has changed in her team and which questions she asks most. She asked for a yes or no by the end of the week.
Customer view: none recorded. The evidence does not show whether Kelly attended or replied.
Next: a reply from Kelly. This is a marketing and relationship touch, not a commercial ask.

- Alice Brewer 4 Jun 2026 08:54Hello Kelly, I'm working on the guest list for BB-Demo Customer Day London, and I'd like to invite you to it. It's in person, in London, on Thursday 11 June 2026. The story here is how Harrowden's teams now see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders in one place. Customer service is a big part of that, and it's the kind of thing other customers in the room will want to hear about from the people who use the brain every day. You don't need to prepare anything or present anything. Come along, meet other customers and the team, and tell us what you'd like the brain to do next. We've noticed your team's usage has grown well over the last few months, so it would be good to hear what's changed on your side and which questions you ask most often. If you're happy to share a little of that over coffee, I'll make sure the right people from BB-Demo are on hand to listen. If a colleague from customer service or commercial insights would like to come with you, they're very welcome too. Just let me know their name when you reply. Could you let me know by the end of this week whether you can make it? A short yes or no is plenty, and I'll send the joining details straight after. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo
