Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi's QBR recap to Gemma Holt and Rajesh Mistry, sent 3 Jun 2026: usage up, support quiet, invoices current, headroom on 40 licensed users. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Amara sets out next steps, led by agreeing who else gets access, customer service first. Lewis Kerr will come back on options for more users, co-termed to renewal.
Customer view: not recorded, as neither customer replies here. Amara expects Rajesh to focus on cost per head.
Next: access agreement with Gemma, Lewis's options if the customer wants more users, and a check-in in the diary.

- Amara Obi 3 Jun 2026 15:47Hi Gemma, hi Rajesh, Thanks both for your time on the QBR. A short recap while it's fresh, and I've copied Lewis so he's in the loop. Here's what the numbers say. Active users are well up on the previous quarter, and the growth has come from the account managers using the brain day to day, not from one or two heavy users. Support has been quiet: one ticket in the last month, nothing urgent, and your invoices are all up to date. You have 40 licensed users on the Growth tier, so there is room to bring more people on without changing anything. Rajesh, I know you'll want cost per head, so I've kept the usage by team alongside the licence count in the pack I'm attaching. Anything that doesn't look right to you, tell me and I'll dig into it. Next steps as I see them: - Gemma and I to agree who else should have access, with customer service first on the list - Lewis to come back to you on options if you decide you want more users, co-termed to your renewal - me to put the next check-in in the diary before the summer gets away from us No pressure on any of it. I'd rather the usage makes the case for itself. Best, Amara
