Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi asked Gemma Holt for an hour-long QBR session and cited growth in people logging in. Logistical thread, sent 29 May 2026. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Amara wants a QBR slot within a couple of weeks, with Rajesh invited because he likes usage figures first. She wants to cover what good looks like, who else needs access (especially customer service) and the retailer review work.
Customer view: none recorded. Gemma Holt does not reply in this thread.
Next: Gemma to send slots. The evidence does not show whether she replied elsewhere.

- Amara Obi 29 May 2026 09:33Hi Gemma, Hope the week has treated you well. I wanted to get the next QBR in the diary while people still have space in their calendars. Here's what the numbers say so far: the number of people actually logging in has grown a lot on last quarter, and that's before we look at questions asked. I'd like to walk you through the detail properly rather than squeeze it into an email. Could you do a session of about an hour in the next couple of weeks? Mornings seem to work best for most of your team, but tell me what suits you. If Rajesh wants to join, that would be great, as I know he likes to see the usage figures before anything else. A few things I'd like us to cover: - what good looks like for you this quarter - who else should have access, especially customer service - anything in the retailer review work you'd like the brain to do better Send me a couple of slots and I'll sort the invite. Best, Amara
