Ollie Pearson arranged the Ardcarne kickoff with Niamh Costello for Thursday at 14:00 on video. Niamh wants her CISO present and a written connector plan with owners and dates beforehand.

Ask: Niamh asked for a short written plan with owners and dates against each connector, sent before the session. She will bring the CISO and a technical contact from her data office.

Customer view: She needs the CISO comfortable with the sequence before anything is switched on, and does not want vague timelines.

Next: Ollie will send a one-page plan, a prerequisites list and a security note, but will not put calendar dates on connectors until the team's availability is known.

Hi Niamh, I'm the implementation consultant who will be working with your team on the build inside your Snowflake account, and I'd like to get the kickoff session into diaries before the contract start next week. Could you let me know if Thursday or Friday next week suits you? I'd suggest an hour and a half, either at 10:30 or 14:00 on either day. We would cover three things: - what good looks like for broker distribution and customer service, in your words - the order in which your sources get connected, and who on your side owns each one - what your security and IT colleagues need from us before any connector goes live If your CISO would like to join, that would be very welcome. Given the length of the security review, I would rather have the right people in the room at the start than go back over ground later. It would also help to know who your technical contact will be for the Snowflake side, so I can send them the prerequisites list directly. Kind regards, Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo

Hi Ollie, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. Thursday afternoon works for me, so 14:00 would be ideal. I will ask our CISO to join. I need him comfortable with the sequence before anything is switched on, so please make sure the order of the connectors is written down in advance rather than agreed on the day. Let's not over-engineer it, but I do not want vague timelines either. A short written plan with owners and dates against each connector would be the most useful thing you could send beforehand. Our technical contact for Snowflake will be someone from my data office. I will copy them in once you have the prerequisites list ready. One question: will the session be on a video call, or are you expecting people in the room in Dublin? Best, Niamh

Hi Niamh, That's helpful, thank you. To confirm: Thursday at 14:00, and I will send the invitation today. It will be on video, so nobody needs to travel, though we can look at an in-person working day later once the first connectors are live. Before Thursday I will send you: 1. a one-page plan showing the connector order, with an owner on each side for every step 2. the prerequisites list for your technical contact, covering access and roles in Snowflake 3. a short note on how we handle the security points raised during the review, so your CISO can see them in one place I will not put calendar dates against the connectors until we have spoken to your team about their availability, as I would rather we agreed them together than gave you numbers we have to move. If anything changes on your side before Thursday, just let me know. Kind regards, Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
