Current to 11 Oct 26Mostly logistical: Matteo Ricci and Niamh Costello fix a 15:00 Thursday walkthrough of the proposal. Niamh wants her CISO comfortable first and asks for a clear split between committed items and those still dependent on engineering.
Ask: Niamh Costello agreed the walkthrough slot and set the agenda order: broker outcome, then plan, then commercial detail.
Customer view: she needs her CISO comfortable before anything moves. She holds Ronan back until the final stage and does not want vague timelines in front of the board.
Next: Matteo must mark what is fixed in the order form and what engineering has yet to agree, and bring security pages the CISO can read quickly.

- Matteo Ricci 16 Jun 2026 10:05Dear Niamh, Thank you for your time last week. I have the proposal in draft and would like to walk you through it live rather than send it cold. I would rather you saw the structure and the assumptions with me in the room, so that anything you are unsure of can be settled on the spot. Could we find an hour on Thursday, ideally in the afternoon? If it helps, I can keep the first part on how the brain would give broker distribution and customer service one view of each broker firm, and leave the commercial pages to the end. One question: who else do you want on the call? I know you will want your CISO comfortable, and I am happy to make space in the agenda for the security questions, including the points still open from the review. Best regards, Matteo
- Niamh Costello 16 Jun 2026 11:15Matteo, Thursday afternoon works for me. Let's say 15:00 if that suits you, and let's not over-engineer the agenda: the business outcome for the brokers first, then the plan, then the commercial detail. I will ask our CISO to join for the security part, as I need him comfortable before anything moves. Whether Ronan joins is a separate question. He tends to come in only at the final stage, so I would rather he saw the proposal after we have been through it together. I will confirm on Thursday morning. One request: please be explicit about what is committed and what still depends on your engineering team. I do not want vague timelines in front of the board. Best, Niamh
- Matteo Ricci 18 Jun 2026 09:58Niamh, Thank you, 15:00 today is confirmed and the invitation is with you. Let me confirm that in writing so there is no doubt about the time. On your request: I will mark clearly in the proposal what is fixed in the order form and what still needs agreement with engineering. I will not put a date in front of you that engineering has not agreed. I will bring the security pages in a form your CISO can read quickly, and I will note the open points openly rather than leave them for later. Speak this afternoon. Best regards, Matteo
