Current to 11 Oct 26Logistical thread. Matteo Ricci proposes the next demo on Ardcarne's own data and Niamh Costello picks Wednesday morning, ninety minutes, with four colleagues, asking that it open on the business outcome.
Ask: Niamh accepted a ninety-minute session on Wednesday morning. She will bring two people from broker distribution and two from customer service and send names on Monday.
Customer view: She wants the outcome shown first, then the plan, before any tooling. She apologised for the slow reply, which suggests a busy week rather than disengagement.
Next: Niamh to send attendee names and the broker firms they know well.

- Matteo Ricci 20 May 2026 08:19Dear Niamh, I hope the week is going well. I would like to book the next demo session, the one on Ardcarne's own data that we discussed, so that your broker distribution and customer service colleagues can ask their own questions of the brain. A few practical points so that we make good use of the time: - Around ninety minutes works best, so that there is room for questions after the walk-through. - It would help to know which colleagues from each team will attend, so that we can tailor the broker firm examples to them. - If there are particular broker firms your teams know well, please tell me which ones, so that they can judge the answers against what they already know. Would Tuesday or Wednesday of next week suit you, morning or afternoon? If neither works, please suggest another day and I will adjust. Best regards, Matteo
- Niamh Costello 22 May 2026 13:32Hi Matteo, Thank you, and apologies for the slow reply. It has been a full week. Wednesday morning is best for us. Ninety minutes is right. I will bring two people from broker distribution and two from customer service, and I will send you their names on Monday so that you can plan the examples. I will also ask them to pick a couple of broker firms they deal with regularly. One request: please start with the business outcome and then show the plan, rather than going straight into the tooling. That is the order I want my colleagues to see it in. Best, Niamh
