What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Sales thread after the demo. Niamh Costello confirms the broker view is the outcome that matters, limits the Enterprise proposal to herself and Declan, and asks for a firm written timetable to 30 Jun 2026.
Ask: Niamh wants the next session anchored on customer service and distribution seeing the same broker firm. She wants the proposal sent only to her and Declan, with Ronan seeing it later.
Customer view: She states she will not sign anything herself, so the signer is someone else. She is not satisfied with an open timetable and would rather hear now if 30 Jun 2026 is not realistic.
Next: Matteo Ricci committed to send owned steps to 30 Jun 2026 early the following week. Any step depending on Declan's review is to be marked as his to close.

- Matteo Ricci 12 May 2026 12:14Dear Niamh, Thank you for yesterday's demo session and for the candid questions from your team. I thought the exchange about the broker firm view was the most useful part, and I would like to make sure we have captured it properly. What I took away: - What good looks like for the brokers is a single view of each broker firm, shared by broker distribution and customer service, with no one reconciling spreadsheets by hand. - The demo should be repeated on your own data, so that your team judge the answers against records they already know. - You need Declan comfortable before anything goes further, and that runs through the security review that Theo is leading. On the commercial side, I would rather you heard the shape of it from me early. The proposal we have prepared is for the Enterprise tier, with a total value of £155,000. I will walk you through how it is built up in the order form so that nothing in it is a surprise. Your target for a decision is 30 Jun 2026, and I am working back from that date with Theo so that the security review and any contract questions fit before it. Could you tell me whether the plan above matches your understanding, and who on your side should see the proposal besides you and Declan? I will not send it wider without your say. Best regards, Matteo
- Niamh Costello 15 May 2026 13:09Hi Matteo, Thank you for the summary, which is accurate. A few points from my side. The broker view is the outcome that matters, so please keep the next session anchored on that rather than on the feature tour. Let's not over-engineer it. If we can show customer service and distribution looking at the same broker firm and agreeing on what they see, that is the case I need to make internally. On the proposal, please send it to me and Declan only for now. Ronan will see it when the time comes, and I would like Declan's view in hand before it goes to him. I will not be signing anything myself. I also noticed that your note leaves the timetable fairly open. I need something firmer than that, so could you and Theo confirm in writing what has to be true by when for 30 Jun 2026 to be realistic? If it is not realistic, I would rather know now. Best, Niamh
- Matteo Ricci 15 May 2026 13:38Dear Niamh, Understood on all three points. The proposal will go to you and Declan only, and nobody else on your side until you say so. On the timetable, you are right, and I would rather be straight with you. Let me confirm that in writing: I will set out the steps from now to 30 Jun 2026 with an owner against each one, and I will only put a date next to a step once Theo and our engineers have agreed it. Anything that depends on Declan's review will be marked as his to close, so that you can see where the risk to the date sits. I will send that to you early next week. If it turns out the date is tight, you will hear it from me first. Best regards, Matteo
