Ask: Matteo wanted to book the own-data demo, showing one broker firm end to end. Niamh accepted Thursday at 11:00 and asked for a note on what BB-Demo will connect to and who can see it.
Customer view: she wants the session to answer what good looks like for the brokers. She will bring colleagues from distribution and customer service and send the broker firm's name shortly.

Matteo Ricci 29 Apr 2026 10:34Hello Niamh, I hope the week is going well. I would like to book the demo, which we agreed would run on Ardcarne's own data rather than on a sample. To make it useful for the brokers, I would show one broker firm end to end: what distribution knows, what customer service knows, and how the two come together in one view. It would help to know which broker firm you would like to see, and who from your side should be there. Could you do Tuesday or Thursday next week, at either 10:00 or 11:00? It would take about an hour. If your CISO would like to attend, or would prefer to see the setup first, let me know, because I would rather he were comfortable before we show anything. I would like my CISO to be there, and I need him comfortable with which data is being used before we start, so please send a short note on exactly what you will connect to and who can see it. Let's not over-engineer the demo: one broker firm, done well, is enough. What does good look like for the brokers? That is the question I want the session to answer. I will bring someone from broker distribution and someone from customer service, and I will send you the name of the broker firm shortly. Before the session you will have from me a short note covering which systems the demo connects to, what is read and what is not, and who on our side has access. Your CISO can challenge any of it, and I would welcome that. The agenda will be one broker firm end to end, then time for questions about what your regulator needs to see.
