Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR call, Paul Rigby said repairs jobs are still double-counted since the housing system upgrade, so he no longer trusts or opens the repairs dashboards. He asked for an update on the fix.
Ask: Amara asked Paul which dashboards he still opens and whether the problem is the data or the team not returning.
Customer view: Paul said the double-counting is the same issue he raised before. The team has gone back to the housing system reports and he has stopped opening the brain for repairs.
Next: Paul will send his list of double-counted jobs with job refs and wants an update on the fix. The thread shows no reply from BB-Demo.

- Amara Obi 4 Aug 2026 08:37Hi Helen, hi Paul, Thanks for your time on the QBR call. To pull out the main point for me: usage is down, and I'd like to understand why in practice, not just in the charts. Paul, you know the repairs side best. Could you tell me which dashboards or reports you still open, and which you've stopped using? I'd like to know whether the issue is the data itself or whether the team just isn't coming back to the brain. If there is anything we can fix before the contract end date of 1 Sep 2026, I'd like to know about it now. Who else should have access, if anyone? Best, Amara
- Paul Rigby 6 Aug 2026 10:27Amara, Repairs jobs are still being double-counted since the housing system upgrade. It's the same issue I raised before. I keep a list of every one and I'll send it over with the job refs. Because of that I don't trust the repairs dashboards before the morning stand-up, so the team has gone back to the housing system reports. I've stopped opening the brain for repairs. That's why you're seeing fewer of us. Any update on the fix? Paul
