Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi asked Helen Marsden for a QBR before the 1 Sep 2026 contract end. Helen confirmed usage has dropped, cited unreconciled arrears figures, and warned of an internal in-house platform discussion.
Ask: Amara asked for a QBR slot and raised the usage dip across 40 licensed users. She also asked who else should have access.
Customer view: Helen said the team uses the brain less for the board pack because tenant and arrears figures do not reconcile to the housing management system. She said a wider internal conversation about an in-house platform is under way and the QBR may be difficult.
Next: Helen offered Thursday or Friday next week and asked for the source figures for the arrears section.

- Amara Obi 28 Jul 2026 11:55Hi Helen, I'm Amara, the Customer Success Manager looking after Calderbrook now. I'd like to get the next QBR in the diary, ideally before the end of next month, as your contract runs to 1 Sep 2026. Here's what the numbers say: you have 40 licensed users, but activity across the brain has dipped compared with last quarter, and I'd rather talk about that with you than have you read it in a report. I'd also like to hear what good looks like for your team this quarter, and who else should have access. Would an hour next week work? Tell me which days suit and I'll fit around you. Best, Amara
- Helen Marsden 29 Jul 2026 14:30Hi Amara, Thank you for introducing yourself, and for being upfront about the usage. I won't pretend it hasn't dropped. My team has been leaning on the brain less for the board pack, partly because the tenant and arrears figures still don't reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask about that. There is also a wider conversation going on internally about an in-house platform. It isn't something I started, and I don't have a decision to share yet, so I would rather be straightforward that the QBR may be a difficult one. I can do Thursday or Friday next week. Can you bring the source figures for the arrears section so I can see where the difference sits? Kind regards, Helen
