- Craig Oduya 6 Jul 2026 16:52Amara, We have reviewed the BB-Demo subscription against the platform strategy. We're building that capability in-house on our existing Microsoft estate, and consolidating suppliers is part of the plan. Please treat this as notice that we will not be renewing when the current term ends on 1 Sep 2026. What's our exit position? I would like a clear view of what happens to the data held in our Snowflake account, how and when connectors are switched off, and what the handover looks like for our team. I would appreciate a written answer in the coming days. Craig Oduya, Director of Digital and Data
- Amara Obi 7 Jul 2026 09:10Dear Craig, Thank you for letting me know so clearly. I have copied Sofia Marchetti, our head of customer success, so that you have a second point of contact on the exit. I've noted the notice and that the term ends on 1 Sep 2026. I'll confirm that in writing from our side. On your exit questions, here is where I can be helpful straight away. BB-Demo runs inside your own Snowflake account, so the data and the tables stay with you. What we need to agree is the order in which the connectors are switched off and the date, and what documentation your team needs to carry the work into the new platform. I will put a short exit plan together and send it to you this week. Who else should see it on your side? One practical point. Our business intelligence team is still using the brain for the board pack, and I would like to arrange a short working session with them so that nothing the pack depends on drops out before the end date. I will keep that very light. Best, Amara
