Current to 11 Oct 26Craig Oduya agreed a 30-minute renewal call on Wednesday at 14:30 with Amara Obi, asked for the exit position in the first five minutes and said he will not discuss commercial terms. A platform colleague will join.
Ask: Craig wants the agenda tightened to the first and last items, and the exit position covered up front. Those items cover what the brain holds and what a clean handover would look like if the customer moves to its in-house platform.
Customer view: he is weighing an in-house platform and will not discuss commercial terms on this call. Amara accepted, and will bring a one-page inventory of connectors and tables.
Next: commercial terms will be picked up separately by another BB-Demo colleague. The thread does not show the call's outcome.

- Amara Obi 5 Jun 2026 08:53Hi Craig, Following my note earlier today, I'd like to get a short call in the diary to walk you through the renewal and answer your questions on exit and the contract. I'd suggest 30 minutes, with an agenda you can edit: - What the brain holds today and what your team has built on it - Usage over the last quarter, by team - The renewal terms and the notice wording - What a clean handover would look like if you move to your in-house platform I'm flexible next week. Would Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon work? If someone from your platform team should join, please tell me and I'll adjust. Best, Amara
- Craig Oduya 8 Jun 2026 08:03Amara, Wednesday works better. 14:30 would suit, and I'll keep it to the 30 minutes. I'd like the agenda tightened. The first and last items are the useful ones for me. Please include the exit position in the first five minutes so I know where we stand before we go into anything else. I'll bring one colleague from the platform team. I will not be discussing commercial terms on this call. Craig Oduya, Director of Digital and Data
- Amara Obi 8 Jun 2026 08:58Hi Craig, That's great, thank you. Wednesday at 14:30 it is, and I'll send the invite this morning. I'll open with the exit position, as you ask, and keep the usage section to the main points. I'll also bring a one-page inventory of the connectors and tables in your Snowflake account, so your colleague can see exactly what is there. Understood on commercial terms. Tom can pick those up separately whenever you're ready, and I won't raise them. Best, Amara
