What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell introduced himself as new day-to-day contact and asked for a check-in. Helen Marsden agreed to a Wednesday 10:00 call, asked for usage figures with sources, and said the customer's reporting plans are under review.
Ask: Helen wants Marcus to read across from a colleague's notes of her call the previous week, and to send each usage figure with its source beforehand.
Customer view: she said plainly that plans for reporting are under review and prefers to discuss that on a call, not by email. Marcus's agenda referred to the contract end on 1 Sep 2026.
Next: Marcus needs to prepare sourced figures and the handover notes. The reporting review is a renewal risk to explore.

- Marcus Bell 6 May 2026 17:43Hi Helen, I'm picking up day-to-day contact on the Calderbrook account from here, so I wanted to introduce myself and get a check-in booked. I've pulled the numbers and I'd like to walk you through them, plus hear what's working and what isn't for your team. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. What I'd like to cover: - how the team is using the brain at the moment - anything that's stopped being useful, or never was - what you'd want from us between now and the contract end on 1 Sep 2026 Shall we book half an hour? I'm flexible next week, mornings or afternoons. Thanks, Marcus
- Helen Marsden 7 May 2026 16:34Hi Marcus, Thanks for getting in touch. Amara and I spoke last week, so I'd appreciate it if you could read across from her notes rather than starting from the beginning. Next Wednesday at 10:00 would work for me. Please send the usage figures beforehand, and can you show me the source for each one? The board will ask where the numbers come from and I'd rather not be guessing. I should also say plainly that our plans for reporting are under review, and I'd prefer to talk that through properly than in an email. Kind regards, Helen
