Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi follows up the QBR with usage, ticket and invoice facts and three questions on access, board-pack sections and the repairs double-counting issue. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Amara asked who else should have access, which board-pack sections still come from the brain, and whether the repairs double-counting issue is still open. She noted in-house work in the background.
Customer view: none is recorded, as Helen Marsden and Paul Rigby do not reply in this thread.
Next: Amara wants another QBR booked as a working session before the contract ends on 1 Sep 2026.

- Amara Obi 27 Apr 2026 16:31Hi Helen, hi Paul, Thanks for your time today. I know I'm still new to the account, so I appreciated you taking me through how the brain is used day to day and what the board pack needs from it. Here's what the numbers say, and I want to be straight about it: - Active users are down noticeably against the previous quarter. On an average day it is only a handful of people, against 40 licensed users. - Support has been quiet: one ticket in the last month, nothing urgent. - Invoices are all up to date on our side, so nothing outstanding there. Quiet can be good, but with usage falling I'd rather ask than assume. A few things I'd like your help with: 1. Who else should have access? If there are people in repairs, complaints or arrears who would benefit and don't have a login, tell me and I'll sort it. 2. Helen, which board-pack sections are still being built from the brain, and which have moved elsewhere? I know there is in-house work going on in the background, and I'd rather understand where that leaves us than guess. 3. Paul, is the repairs double-counting issue still open on your side? If your spreadsheet shows anything outstanding, send it over and I'll chase it properly. The contract runs to 1 Sep 2026, so let's get the next QBR in the diary soon and make it a proper working session on what you actually need. Best, Amara
