What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Helen Marsden agreed a QBR slot but wants the source of the rent arrears mismatch before it, is holding off adding users because a supplier review is under way at director level, and says only a handful use the brain.
Ask: Helen wants the source of the difference between the brain's rent arrears figures and the housing management system, shown before the meeting, because the board will ask.
Customer view: a supplier position review is under way at director level, so she will not widen access. She says the 40 licences are there but only a handful of people use the brain day to day.
Next: Amara Obi has asked the team to trace the difference and will send findings before the session. The thread does not show the outcome.

- Amara Obi 2 Mar 2026 13:09Hi Helen, I'd like to get the next QBR in the diary. As I'm still fairly new to the Calderbrook account, it would help me to hear from you what good looks like for the board pack this quarter, so I can shape the session around that rather than around a generic deck. Here's what the numbers say so far: usage has dipped a little compared with the previous quarter, and I'd like to go through that with you openly. I'll bring the question volumes and a short view of which connectors are loading cleanly. Would a slot later this week or early next week suit you? An hour should be plenty. Who else should have access to the session? If anyone from your team or from the wider data function would like to join, let me know and I'll send them the invite. Best, Amara
- Helen Marsden 3 Mar 2026 15:32Hi Amara, Thanks for this. Thursday afternoon would work for me, or Friday morning if that is easier on your side. The main thing I want to cover is the arrears section of the board pack. At the moment the figures the brain produces for rent arrears and the ones in the housing management system do not reconcile for the last two months, and the board will ask. Can you show me the source for the difference before we meet, so I am not discovering it live? On access, I would hold off adding anyone. A review of our supplier position is under way at director level and I would rather not widen the group until that is settled. The 40 licences are there if we need them, but only a handful of people are using the brain day to day, and that is partly why the numbers look softer. Kind regards, Helen
- Amara Obi 5 Mar 2026 13:04Hi Helen, Thursday afternoon is booked and the invite will follow shortly. Thanks for being so clear on what you need. I've asked our team to trace the arrears difference back to the source tables, and I'll send you what they find before the session so you can see the figures and not just my explanation. If it turns out to be a mapping issue on our side, I'll say so plainly. Understood on access. Let's keep the group as it is for now. I would still like us to look at which questions your team asks most, as that tells us where the brain is earning its place. Speak soon, Best, Amara
