Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi introduced herself as the third Customer Success Manager in eighteen months. Craig Oduya replied that the capability is being built in-house and asked in writing for the contract end date, notice terms and exit position.
Ask: Craig wants three items in writing: contract end date and notice terms from the executed order form, the data exit position, and the list of connectors with their administrators.
Customer view: He will not discuss next steps on the subscription until these are clear. He asked that Helen Marsden's board reporting issues be resolved on their own merits.
Next: Supply all three items in writing before proposing a QBR.

- Amara Obi 2 Feb 2026 10:58Dear Helen and Craig, Let me introduce myself properly. I'm Amara, and I've taken over as Customer Success Manager for Calderbrook Housing Group. I know I'm the third person in this seat in eighteen months, and I won't pretend there's been continuity you haven't had. My job is to change that from here. I've spent the last few days reading the history. Here's what the numbers say: active users are down compared with last quarter, well below the 40 licences on the Growth subscription, and there have been several recent tickets about the housing management system data. I'd rather say that to you plainly than have you find it in a chart. Two questions to start: - What does good look like for your teams this quarter? - Who else should have access? There's headroom in the licences and I suspect some teams who would benefit aren't using it. Craig, I'm aware you joined recently and will want your own view on how the brain fits. Helen, I know the board figures are your priority and I'll make sure the open items are chased until they're closed. Let's get the next QBR in the diary. Could you each suggest a time in the next couple of weeks? Best, Amara
- Craig Oduya 4 Feb 2026 13:34Amara, Thanks for the introduction. Some context from my side. We are reviewing our data suppliers against the platform strategy, and we're building that capability in-house on our existing platform. That is the frame for any conversation about the brain, including a QBR. Before we meet, I'd like three things in writing: - The contract end date and the notice terms attached to it, as they sit in the executed order form. - What's our exit position? Specifically, how the data held in our Snowflake account is returned or retained if we stop, and what is needed to take it over ourselves. - A current list of the connectors in use and who administers them. I'm not in a position to discuss next steps on the subscription until those are clear. Helen remains your day-to-day contact, and her board reporting issues should be resolved on their own merits.
