Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi introduced herself and offered a call. Helen Marsden agreed to Friday morning, wants it kept to the two of them, and asked for the source of each arrears figure in the board pack.
Ask: Helen wants the source for each number that does not reconcile to the housing management system, brought to the call. She wants the board to have figures, not explanations.
Customer view: She thanked Amara for being direct, but is cautious. She is keeping colleagues out until she understands the position.
Next: Amara must hold the Friday call with a source for each arrears figure. Two high priority tickets are open and active usage is below last quarter.

I'd rather introduce myself properly than let you find out from a ticket reply. Here's what the numbers say. You have two high priority tickets open from the last month, and active usage is well below where it was last quarter. I don't want either of those to sit unmentioned. I'd like to set up a short call to hear what good looks like for your team this quarter, and what needs to be fixed first. Who else should have access to the brain, or be on the call? Would tomorrow or Friday work for you? Best, Amara
- Helen Marsden 21 Jan 2026 11:26Hello Amara, Thank you for writing, and for being direct about it. Friday morning would suit me. I would like it to stay with the two of us for now, as I want to understand the position before involving colleagues. The tickets are about figures in the arrears section of the board pack that don't reconcile to our housing management system. The board will ask, and so far I have had explanations without the figures. Please could you bring the source for each number to the call? Kind regards, Helen
