Elena Novak arranges a quarterly business review with Helen Marsden. Helen confirms two arrears views where the brain and the housing system differ, and is aware usage has dropped. The thread does not show the review's outcome.

Ask: Helen wants the source for each of the two arrears views before the review. Elena also lists the two high priority tickets and the fall in active usage.

Customer view: she accepts usage has dropped but wants to discuss it on the call, not by email.

Next: Elena sends the source tables before the Thursday afternoon review and written actions the same day.

Dear Helen, I hope you are well. I am writing to arrange the next quarterly business review for Calderbrook, and I would like to restate what I would propose for the agenda, so that you can tell me what is missing: 1. Usage across the Growth plan: how many of your 40 licensed users are active, and who is asking the questions. 2. The two high priority tickets raised recently, and where each one stands. 3. The board-pack views your team relies on, and whether the figures still reconcile to your housing management system. 4. Written actions for both sides, as agreed. To confirm, I have noticed that active usage has come down noticeably compared with the previous quarter. I would rather we looked at that together than have you find it in a chart. I will make sure that anything we cannot explain on the call is followed up in writing. Could you let me know which days next week suit you and your team? A one-hour slot is enough. Kind regards, Elena

Hi Elena, Thank you for setting this out. Next week is possible, though Wednesday is the board-pack deadline so I would avoid that day. Thursday afternoon would be best. On your third point: yes, these don't reconcile in every case. The arrears section of the board pack is the one the board will ask about, and I have two views where the brain and the housing system give different totals. Can you show me the source for each? I would rather have that in front of me before the review than discuss it in the abstract. On usage, I am aware it has dropped. I would prefer to talk about that on the call rather than by email, if that is all right. Kind regards, Helen

Dear Helen, Thank you, that is very helpful. To confirm: 1. The review will be on Thursday afternoon next week. I will send the invitation today and keep Wednesday clear, as you asked. 2. Before the review I will send you the source tables behind both arrears views, so you can compare them with the housing management system in advance. 3. Usage will be discussed on the call, as you prefer. I will make sure that the written actions reach you the same day.
