Setting up our next catch-up

Dear Helen, I hope you're well and that the run-up to the end of the year isn't too relentless. I'm picking up your account from here, so I wanted to introduce myself properly and ask for a bit of your time. I've spent the last few days reading through the history with Calderbrook, including your earlier check-ins and the work on the board pack, so I'm not starting from a blank page. What I would like is to hear from you directly how the team is finding the brain at the moment, and whether anything has changed in how you'd like to use it. Could we find thirty minutes or so in the next couple of weeks? Just to close the loop on a few open items from earlier conversations, and to agree what would be most useful for us to look at together in the new year. If it's easier, send me two or three times that suit and I'll work around them. I'll come back to you by the end of the day with a confirmation. Hi Daniel, Thanks for getting in touch, and nice to meet you by email. Happy to have a conversation. I can do Thursday or Friday this week, either afternoon after 14:00. Next week is difficult because of the board cycle. Could you let me know which suits you? I would like to keep it practical. The things I care about are that the board-pack figures reconcile to the housing management system, and that my team can see where each number comes from. If there's anything in the current set-up that we should be tidying, I'd rather know about it now. Kind regards, Helen
