What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Esther Quaye and Helen Marsden fix a check-in for Tuesday 10:00. Helen says analysts now ask the brain questions while building the repairs report, which has saved time, and wants the arrears section covered.
Ask: Helen wants most of the call spent on the arrears section of the board pack, with the source shown for every line. She will send specific figures beforehand.
Customer view: she says her analysts ask the brain questions mid-report instead of pulling things together by hand, and that this has saved real time.
Next: Esther sends the invite and checks the figures against the sources before the call.

- Esther Quaye 14 Nov 2025 12:52Hi Helen, I hope your week has been kind to you. I'm getting our next check-in into the diary and wanted to find a time that works around your board reporting cycle, so just so we're aligned on what you'd like to get out of it. From my side, the plan would be to look at how the team is using the brain at the moment, and to go through the tenant, repairs and arrears views that feed your board pack. Activity on your account has been healthy lately, with more of your team in there asking questions than a few months ago, so I'd love to hear what's driving that and whether there is anything you'd like us to build on. Could you let me know if any slot early next week suits you? Mornings are easiest for me, but I'll fit around you. About forty minutes should be plenty, and I'm happy to do it by video or phone, whichever is easier. If there is anything you'd like me to look into beforehand, such as a figure that isn't reconciling to the housing management system, send it over and I'll have the answer ready rather than chasing it afterwards. Many thanks, Esther Esther Quaye Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 17 Nov 2025 17:40Hi Esther, Thanks for this, and apologies for the slow reply. It has been a heavy day ahead of the board papers going out. Tuesday morning would work for me, ideally before 11:00. I would like us to spend most of the time on the arrears section of the pack, as the board will ask about the movement against last quarter and I want to be certain I can show the source for every line. You're right that the team has been using the brain more. A couple of my analysts have got into the habit of asking it questions in the middle of preparing the repairs report rather than pulling things together by hand, which has saved us real time. I'd like to talk about whether we're set up to get the most from that. I'll send you the specific figures I'm looking at before Tuesday so you have them in good time. Kind regards, Helen
- Esther Quaye 18 Nov 2025 16:18Hi Helen, Lovely, thank you. I've logged Tuesday at 10:00 for our check-in and I'll send an invite shortly so it lands in your calendar. It's really good to hear the analysts are using the brain while they're building the repairs report. I'll make a point of looking at how those questions are being answered so we can show you what is working well, and I've noted the arrears section as the main item for the call. Please do send the figures when you have them. I'll go through them against the sources beforehand, so we can talk about the numbers rather than the process. Many thanks, Esther
