Current to 11 Oct 26After a call, Esther Quaye and Helen Marsden agreed the next QBR will focus on how board-pack figures are sourced. Helen asked for mornings, not Monday, in the week after next, and wants sources for the arrears totals.
Ask: Helen wants the arrears section of the board pack traced, so the board can see where each figure comes from, not just the totals. She asked for a morning slot that is not a Monday, in the week after the board-pack deadline week.
Customer view: she confirmed Esther's summary of no open tickets and steady usage. The thread is mainly scheduling, with one clear content request.
Next: no slot is fixed in the thread. Esther should bring source lineage for the arrears figures.

- Esther Quaye 17 Oct 2025 15:31Hi Helen, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. Just so we're aligned on where we landed: there are no open tickets on your account at the moment, usage looks steady, and you'd like the next quarterly review to focus on how the board-pack figures are sourced rather than a general tour of the platform. I've logged that, and I'll build the agenda around it so nobody has to sit through slides they don't need. Could you suggest two or three slots over the next couple of weeks that would suit you? It would be really useful to have Paul there as well, since he knows the repairs side of the data best. If mornings are easier for you both, that's absolutely fine, I'll work around you. Many thanks, Esther
- Helen Marsden 17 Oct 2025 16:48Hi Esther, Thanks for the summary, that matches my understanding. I've checked with Paul. Next week is difficult because of the board-pack deadline, but the week after is much better for both of us, and mornings are best. I'd rather not have it on a Monday if we can avoid it. One request for the agenda: for the arrears section of the board pack, the board will ask where each figure comes from, so I'd like to be able to see the source for the totals, not just the totals. If you can bring that, I think we'll use the time well. Kind regards, Helen
