Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor sends Helen Marsden notes from the check-in: board figures do not reconcile, few of the forty licensed users are active, and the reporting platform is under internal discussion. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Daniel records what he owes Helen, a plain account of where each disputed figure comes from, by the end of the following week. He also offers to join a short session with her team.
Customer view, as recorded by BB-Demo: low use is partly about trust in the answers, not difficulty of use. The platform conversation is not hers to decide.
Next: there is no customer response in the thread, so Helen has not confirmed the notes.

- Daniel Okafor 9 Sep 2025 10:17Hello Helen, Thank you again for making the time for our check-in. I wanted to send a short note while it is still fresh, just to close the loop on what we talked about. As I understood it: - The figures in the board pack still do not reconcile to the housing management system in a few places, and that is the main reason people on your team have gone back to their own spreadsheets. - Use of the brain is lower than it was earlier in the year. Only a small number of the forty licensed users are active day to day, and you were candid that this is partly about trust in the answers rather than about the product being hard to use. - There is a wider internal conversation about the reporting platform, which you were clear is not yours to decide. What I owe you is a plain account of where each of the disputed figures comes from, so you can show the board the source. I will come back to you by the end of next week with that. If I have misread anything above, please correct me. How is the team finding it at the moment? I would be glad to join a short session with them if that would help rebuild confidence. Best wishes, Daniel
