What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Helen Marsden accepts a Thursday 14:00 quarterly review and sets the agenda: usage by person and the source of each repairs figure. She does not want a general overview. Esther Quaye warns she may not have every answer.
Ask: Helen wants usage broken down by person, to see who has stopped asking questions, and the derivation of each repairs figure. One of her analysts will join.
Customer view: the repairs figures still do not reconcile, and she is impatient with a general tour. Esther Quaye agreed the agenda on 9 Sep 2025.
Next: Esther said she may not have an answer for every figure by Thursday and would chase engineering. Unresolved figures at the review would add to the customer's distrust.

- Esther Quaye 5 Sep 2025 09:29Hello Helen, I hope you have had a good week. I am picking up the quarterly review for Calderbrook and wanted to get a date in the diary, just so we're aligned on what we want from it before we meet. This is what I would suggest covering: - how the brain is being used across the BI team, and where use has dipped - the open points on the board-pack figures, with the source for each - anything you would like us to change or add before the next board cycle Could you let me know whether Wednesday or Thursday next week works better for you, and whether you would prefer 10:00 or 14:00? If there is anyone else on your side who should be there, please say and I will make sure they are invited. I have logged the points from your last conversation with Daniel so that nothing gets lost. Many thanks, Esther
- Helen Marsden 8 Sep 2025 08:39Hello Esther, Thank you for the note. Thursday at 14:00 would suit me best. Two things I would like on the agenda. First, I would like to see usage broken down by person rather than as a total, because I need to understand who has stopped asking questions and why. Second, the repairs figures in the board pack still do not reconcile to the housing management system, and I would like to see how each one is derived. Can you show me the source for each of them, please? One of my analysts will join me. I would rather we did not spend the time on a general overview, we have had that already. Kind regards, Helen
- Esther Quaye 9 Sep 2025 10:26Hello Helen, Thank you, that is very clear. I have booked Thursday at 14:00 and sent an invitation to you and your analyst. Just so we're aligned, this is what I will bring: - usage by person across the licensed users, so you can see who has gone quiet - the derivation of each repairs figure in the board pack, traced back to its source - a short list of what we think is causing the gaps, and what is still unknown I will be honest that I may not have an answer for every figure by Thursday. Where I do not, I will tell you plainly what we have checked and what we still need from engineering, and I will chase them today so there is as much as possible to show you. If anything else comes to mind before then, just reply here and I will add it. Many thanks, Esther
