Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze sent Helen Marsden notes from the 5 Aug 2025 review. Use is mostly the BI team, below the 40 licences, and Helen wants figures traceable. There is no customer response in the thread.
Customer view: As Natalie records it, Helen uses the brain for board-pack work and said it is mostly her own BI team asking questions. She wants every figure traceable to its source, and nothing is open with support.
Next: Natalie will send a usage summary by team and a source map for arrears and repairs figures. She asked Helen which teams outside BI should use it, and said Tom will follow up on renewal paperwork.

- Natalie Eze 5 Aug 2025 17:04Hi Helen, Thanks for making time for the review today. I wanted to get a few notes over to you while it is fresh, so you have something to take back to the team. What we covered, as I heard it: - Your team uses the brain mainly for the board pack work: pulling tenant calls, repairs tickets, complaints and rent arrears into one view. - Regular use sits with a smaller group than the 40 licences you have, and you were candid that it is mostly your own BI team asking the questions. - You want every figure in the board pack to be traceable to its source, and you asked for a clearer view of where each number comes from when the totals don't reconcile with the housing management system. - Nothing is open with support at the moment, which matches what I see on my side. What I will do: - Send you a short usage summary by team, so you can see who is asking questions and who has not logged in for a while. - Put together a simple source map for the arrears and repairs figures, so you can show the board where each one comes from. What would help from you: - A steer on which colleagues outside BI should be using it. If there are teams who would benefit, I am happy to run a short session for them before the term ends on 1 Sep 2025. Tom will be in touch separately about the renewal paperwork, so you do not need to chase anything with me on that. Any gaps in my notes, just shout.
