Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze asked Helen Marsden for time to discuss the Growth renewal. Helen replied the same day with two slots and asked to see usage by team and the source of the headline figures first.
Ask: Natalie wanted an hour on the renewal, covering the Growth tier, the 40 licensed users and the next twelve months. Helen offered two slots and said an hour was fine.
Customer view: Helen wants evidence before the meeting. She asked for usage by team, what the brain produces for the board pack, and the source behind any headline figure.
Next: Natalie needs to prepare a usage view by team with traceable sources. Helen is checking with finance about who else should attend.

- Natalie Eze 16 Jul 2025 10:57Hello Helen, Thank you for your time on the last call. As promised, I'm writing to set up a proper conversation about the renewal. Your current term runs to 1 Sep 2025, so it makes sense for us to talk it through while there is still comfortable time on both sides. I'd like to walk through where the brain sits today: the Growth tier, your 40 licensed users, how your team has been using it, and what you would want from the next twelve months. If there is anything you would like changed in how it is set up, or any question about the contract, it would be good to hear it early rather than late. Could you let me know a few times over the next couple of weeks that suit you? I'd suggest an hour, and it would be useful if anyone who has a view on the budget or the board-pack work could join. If you would rather I speak to someone else on your side as well, just say so and I'll take that on. Kind regards, Natalie Natalie Eze Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 16 Jul 2025 13:39Hi Natalie, Thanks for flagging this early, I do appreciate it. I can do the week after next. Wednesday afternoon at 14:00 or Thursday morning at 11:00 are both free at the moment. An hour is fine. I should say that I would like to see the usage picture first, by team, and what it has been producing for the board pack. Can you show me the source for the headline figures you will quote? I would rather we work from the actual numbers than a summary. I will check with a colleague in finance about who else should be in the room and come back to you if that changes the plan. Kind regards, Helen
