Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze proposed a check-in on extracts, usage and product feedback. Helen Marsden agreed to Tuesday morning but wants repairs and arrears discrepancies first, with someone who can show the source figures.
Ask: Helen wants the call to start with the repairs and arrears figures in the performance section, and for BB-Demo to bring someone who can show the source for those numbers.
Customer view: A couple of figures still do not reconcile to the housing management system. She does not want the discrepancy squeezed out by usage and product points.
Next: Natalie to send the Tuesday invite and arrange a source-level walk-through. The thread does not show whether the issue was resolved.

- Natalie Eze 9 Jul 2025 09:34Hi Helen, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to get our next check-in into the diary before the summer holidays start eating into everyone's calendars. The things I'd like to cover are fairly light. First, how the board-pack extracts have been running since the last refresh, and whether anything is still not reconciling to the housing management system. Second, a quick look at how your team is using the brain day to day, so I can make sure we are pointing you at the right pages and dashboards. And third, anything you would like me to take back to our product people. Could you do a call early next week? Monday or Tuesday morning would suit me, or I can flex around you. Forty-five minutes should be plenty, and I'm happy to keep it to half an hour if your diary is tight. If it helps, send me a couple of slots and I'll send the invite. Best, Natalie Natalie Eze Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 11 Jul 2025 17:00Hi Natalie, Thanks for this, and apologies for the slow reply. It has been a busy few days getting the next board pack drafted. Monday is difficult for me. Tuesday morning works, ideally 10:00 or just after. I would like to start with the repairs and arrears figures in the performance section of the pack. A couple of them still don't reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask. If you can bring someone who can show me the source for those numbers, that would help a great deal. The usage and product points are fine to cover afterwards, but I don't want the discrepancy to get squeezed out. Please send the invite for Tuesday and I'll accept it. Kind regards, Helen
