What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Helen Marsden accepted a Thursday 14:00 renewal call with Natalie Eze but asked for usage, question and connector data first, and said she is being asked what £44,000 a year is buying. She wants the call kept to two people.
Ask: Helen wants active users against the 40 licensed users by month, the questions asked and by whom, and which connectors are loading or stalled. She wants this before the call.
Customer view: she can only answer part of what the subscription is buying, and says recent reconciliation problems have not helped. She declined to widen the conversation until she has the figures.
Next: Natalie must send the figures ahead of the call. The subscription runs to 1 Sep 2025, so the renewal rests on a value case.

- Natalie Eze 16 Jun 2025 17:47Hi Helen, I wanted to get a renewal conversation into the diary before the summer gets busy. I know you asked for usage figures and a list of the board-pack sections that rely on the brain, and I would like to walk through both with you rather than just send a spreadsheet. Could we do an hour later this week or early next week? I can do Thursday at 14:00 or 15:30, or Monday morning at 10:00. If it helps, I can bring Tom, though I am happy for it to be just the two of us first. The subscription runs to 1 Sep 2025, so there is time, but I don't want us leaving it too late for you to make a proper decision. Best, Natalie
- Helen Marsden 17 Jun 2025 11:09Hi Natalie, Thursday at 14:00 works for me. Please keep it to the two of us for now. I would like to understand the position before it goes any further, and I would rather not widen the conversation until I have the figures. To make the hour useful, can you send beforehand: - active users against the 40 licensed users, by month, for the whole term - the questions asked, and by whom - which connectors are currently loading, and which have stalled I am being asked what £44,000 a year is buying us, and at the moment I can only answer part of that. The recent reconciliation problems haven't helped, and I would like to be able to show the board a clear picture either way. Kind regards, Helen
