What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze sent the ninety-day notice for the Growth renewal. Helen Marsden replied that internal talks include building a platform themselves, so she cannot give a renewal view, and wants usage and board-pack dependency first.
Ask: Before meeting, Helen wants usage for the team over the term and which board-pack sections depend on data coming through the brain, with the source for each.
Customer view: She is open that a build-it-ourselves option is being discussed, says she did not drive it, and does not know where it will land. The decision will be made on figures.
Next: BB-Demo's aim was a settled renewal by 11 Aug 2025, against a subscription running to 1 Sep 2025. The thread does not show who is driving the internal option.

- Natalie Eze 3 Jun 2025 14:05Hi Helen, A short note ahead of your renewal, so it doesn't land as a surprise. Calderbrook's Growth subscription, with 40 licensed users at £44,000 a year, runs to 1 Sep 2025. This email is our formal ninety-day notice. Tom is copied because he owns the commercial side, and we are working towards having the renewal settled by 11 Aug 2025. Before any paperwork, I would like to sit down with you and look at how your team has actually used the brain this term, what has been useful for the board pack, and what you would want from the next twelve months. Nothing needs deciding yet. If anyone else should be in that conversation, let me know and I will include them. Could you tell me what the next couple of weeks look like for you? Best, Natalie Natalie Eze Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 4 Jun 2025 12:32Hi Natalie, Thanks for the notice, received and noted. I would rather be straightforward with you. There are conversations going on internally about platform options, including what we might build ourselves. That is not something I drove, and I don't yet know where it will land. So I can't give you a view on the renewal today. What I can do is make sure the decision is made on the figures. The board will ask what the brain gives us that we couldn't get otherwise, so I would like to see two things before we meet: the usage for the team over the term, and which sections of the board pack currently depend on data coming through the brain. Can you show me the source for each? Happy to find time once I have those. Kind regards, Helen
