Ask: Helen accepted Thursday at 14:00 and asked BB-Demo to bring the source records behind the completed jobs figure, so the difference can be checked row by row.
Customer view: She says the board will ask about the gap and prefers actual rows to general talk. The data trust problem is already live before any renewal discussion.
Next: Natalie has asked the support team for the records and will share them shortly before the call. Whether Paul joined is not shown, and the thread does not show the outcome of the call.

The completed jobs total in the board pack still doesn't reconcile with what the housing system reports, and the board will ask. Can you have someone bring the source records for that figure, so we can see the difference line by line? I would rather we looked at the actual rows than talk about it in general terms.
