What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze asked to schedule the Growth plan QBR. Helen Marsden wants the ticket timeline and an assurance board-pack figures will not move, plus an explanation of why tenant complaints data does not match the complaints log.
Ask: Helen offered Tuesday or Wednesday morning before 11:00 and will bring an analyst.
Customer view: she wants confidence that the fix means board-pack figures will not move again, and wants to understand the complaints difference before it reaches the board.
Risk: two reconciliation issues now sit on the same board-pack theme.

- Natalie Eze 24 Apr 2025 14:17Hi Helen, It's time for your quarterly business review under the Growth plan. I'd like to find a slot in the next couple of weeks, ideally with you and whoever from your side should see the numbers, such as the team leads who use the brain most. I'm planning to cover usage and questions asked over the quarter, the support ticket you raised recently and how it was resolved, and what you would like from the brain over the next few months. Would a morning early next week suit you? Tell me a couple of times that work and I'll build the session around them. Best, Natalie Natalie Eze Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 25 Apr 2025 13:11Hi Natalie, Thanks for this. Tuesday or Wednesday morning next week would both work for me, any time before 11:00. Two things I would like on the agenda. First, the ticket: I'd like to see the timeline and be sure the fix means the figures in the board pack will not move again. Second, the tenant complaints data. These don't reconcile with the complaints log that my colleagues keep, and the board will ask, so I want to understand the difference before it reaches them. I will bring one of my analysts, who can walk through the detail with your team. Kind regards, Helen On 24 Apr 2025, at 14:17, Natalie Eze wrote: > Would a morning early next week suit you?
