- Natalie Eze 18 Mar 2025 13:49Hi Helen, Thank you for your time yesterday afternoon, and thanks to your team for joining for the second half. Here are my notes, so you have them in writing before the next board-pack deadline. Where things stand - Usage is up on the previous quarter. Around ten people are active in a typical month, against forty licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom if you want to bring more of the team in. - No open tickets from your side and nothing overdue on the account, which is just as it should be. - The nightly refresh has been landing on time. What we agreed - I will send you a source trail for each arrears line in the board pack, so you can see which system each figure comes from and when it was last refreshed. - You will send me the section references where the numbers still don't reconcile, so we can look at those first. - We will look at who else in your housing teams could use the brain, as you mentioned the board will want the same picture from operations. The contract runs to 1 Sep 2025, so I would like us to talk about the shape of the next year over the summer, but there is no rush on that today. If I have missed anything, tell me and I'll correct the notes. Best, Natalie Natalie Eze Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
