Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze proposed a check-in. Helen Marsden accepted 14:00 and asked for the source of each arrears line in the board pack, as the board will ask where each number comes from.
Ask: Helen accepted the Tuesday 14:00 slot. She wants the source shown for each arrears line, and will bring two team members who build the dashboards for the second half.
Customer view: tenant and repairs numbers sit well, but the arrears figures and the housing management system need a closer look. Trust in the numbers is her concern.
Next: Natalie to bring source lineage for the arrears lines.

- Natalie Eze 10 Mar 2025 12:55Hi Helen, Hope the week has started well. It's time we got our next check-in in the diary. Things have been quiet on the support side, which I'm taking as a good sign, and I'd like to go through how your team is getting on with the brain and what you'd like to see before the next board cycle. Would Tuesday afternoon next week work for you? I'm thinking about 14:00, for about an hour, though I can move around if another slot suits you better. It would help if you could tell me which board-pack sections you are working on at the moment, so I can bring the right material and make sure the figures behind them are in front of us. - Helen Marsden 10 Mar 2025 15:46Hi Natalie, Tuesday at 14:00 works for me, thank you. I'll put it in my diary now. For the agenda: the arrears section of the board pack is the one I'm chasing. The tenant and repairs numbers sit well, but the arrears figures and the housing management system still need a closer look. The board will ask where each number comes from, so can you show me the source for each line when we meet? I'll also ask two of my team to join for the second half, as they are the ones building the dashboards day to day.
