What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze books the next QBR with Helen Marsden for Thursday at 14:00. Helen asks for the source of the arrears and repairs figures, as some did not reconcile to the housing management system last time. Natalie agrees to bring lineage.
Ask: Helen wants to see how the brain arrives at each arrears and repairs figure before the board asks. Natalie offers to show the source, how records are joined, and where the housing system's own totals sit alongside.
Customer view: Helen is cooperative but wants a reconciliation issue settled before the board pack, not explained on the day.
Next: Natalie sends the invite and builds the lineage, starting from any page of the last pack Helen sends over.

- Natalie Eze 22 Jan 2025 15:34Hi Helen, Hope the week is going well. It's about time we got the next QBR in the diary. Growth includes them every quarter, and I'd like to use this one to walk through how your team is using the brain ahead of the next board cycle. Would an hour sometime next week suit? I could do Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, either at 14:00. Bring whoever on your team would find it useful, Paul in particular if the repairs reporting is still on his mind. Let me know and I'll send an invite. Best, Natalie Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 23 Jan 2025 13:41Hello Natalie, Thursday at 14:00 works for me, and I'll ask Paul to join. One request before then. The board will ask me about the arrears and repairs figures in the next pack, so can you show me the source for how the brain arrives at each of them? Last time a couple of these didn't reconcile to the housing management system, and I would like to go in with that settled rather than explain it on the day. Kind regards, Helen
- Natalie Eze 23 Jan 2025 16:26Hi Helen, Thursday at 14:00 it is, I'll send the invite shortly. That's a fair ask. I'll bring the lineage for arrears and for repairs: which source each figure comes from, how the records are joined, and where the housing system's own totals sit alongside, so you can see where they match and where they don't. If there is a particular page of the last pack you want me to start from, send it over beforehand and I'll build around it. Thanks, Natalie
