Current to 11 Oct 26Natalie Eze proposes a check-in early in the new year. Helen Marsden agrees to the first full week of January and asks that the usage note show which teams are asking questions, as the board wants to know who gets value.
Ask: Natalie wants a check-in as the board pack cycle restarts, with a short usage note. Helen accepts the timing and asks for the invite.
Customer view: Helen wants the usage note split by team, because the board will want to know who is getting value. She will bring examples from the pack to go through where the figures come from.
Next: Natalie sends the invite and builds the usage note by team. The evidence does not show whether team-level question data is available.

- Natalie Eze 30 Dec 2024 13:32Hi Helen, I know this is a quiet week for most people, so I will keep it short. I would like to set up another check-in early in the new year, once everyone is back and the board pack cycle starts up again. It would be good to hear how the last few weeks have gone, what the team has been asking the brain, and whether there is anything you would like in place before the next round of reporting. I can also come with a short note on how your usage looks, if that is helpful. Would the first full week of January work for you? If another week is easier, just say and I will fit in. Thanks, and happy new year to you and the team. Natalie Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Helen Marsden 31 Dec 2024 08:59Hi Natalie, Thanks for getting in touch, and a happy new year to you as well. The first full week of January suits me. I would rather not do the very first day back, as I expect to be catching up, but any other day that week is fine. Please send an invite and I will accept it. It would help if your usage note could show which teams are asking the questions, as the board will want to know who is getting value from it. I will bring one or two examples from the pack so we can go through where the figures come from. Kind regards, Helen
