- Sofia Marchetti 20 Nov 2024 08:04Hello Paul, I hope the week is going well at Calderbrook. I wanted to write to you directly because you are the person who keeps the brain running day to day, and I know the repairs reporting has been a big part of the value your team gets from it. We are hosting a Revenue leaders roundtable in London on Tuesday 26 November 2024. It is an in-person session, relaxed and small, with a handful of our customers comparing notes on how they use their data and what they would like to see next. It is a bit broader than repairs, I admit, but I think you would get something out of the conversation, and we would value your view as someone who actually administers the thing. I know London is a trek from Leeds, so please do not feel any pressure. If it is not practical for you, perhaps a colleague on the business intelligence side, or Helen, would like the place instead. Just let me know either way and I will sort the rest. If you would like to come, reply here and I will send over the practical details. Best regards, Sofia Marchetti Head of Customer Success, BB-Demo
