Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan and Paul Rigby agreed a Tuesday 10:00 repairs source session. Paul will send access via IT on Monday and warned that the housing-system upgrade has caused double-counted repairs jobs in some reports.
Ask: Callie asked for written source access, someone to confirm the job reference mapping and an uninterrupted hour. Paul chose Tuesday after stand-up.
Customer view: Paul is cooperative but cautious, saying access may not be tidy because the housing-system upgrade has left repairs jobs double-counted again in a couple of reports.
Next: Callie will confirm access in writing and check how duplicates arrive in the source before mapping anything. Paul will bring the wrong report.

- Callie Brennan 11 Oct 2024 08:49Hi Paul, Following our call, I would like to get the repairs source session in the diary for next week so we can move onto the first refresh. The plan for the session is simple: we connect the repairs source, map the job fields, and check that a sample of jobs lands cleanly before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is: - written access for the repairs source, sent over before the session, not during it - someone who knows the job reference fields well enough to confirm the mapping (I assume that is you) - about an hour without interruptions Could you let me know if Tuesday or Wednesday morning suits you better? I will send an invite as soon as you pick. Thanks, Callie
- Paul Rigby 11 Oct 2024 10:58Callie, Tuesday is better. After stand-up, so mid morning. I'll get the access sorted with IT and send it over Monday. Not promising it will be tidy, the housing system upgrade has made a mess of the repairs jobs and they are double-counted again in a couple of our reports. I'll bring the report that is wrong so you can see it. Paul
- Callie Brennan 11 Oct 2024 11:14Hi Paul, Tuesday mid morning is fine, I have put 10:00 in the diary and you should have the invite now. That is useful on the double counting. Bring the report and the job refs for a few of the affected jobs, and I will check how the duplicates arrive in the source before we map anything. I would rather find that on Tuesday than after the refresh is running. Once the access is with me on Monday I will confirm back to you that it works. Nothing starts until I have it in writing. Thanks, Callie
