Current to 11 Oct 26Paul Rigby reviewed the test dashboards and found repairs jobs double-counted after the housing-system upgrade. He does not want the nightly refresh on until jobs are counted once. Monday is fine for the go-live conversation.
Ask: Callie Brennan asked Paul to review the dashboards on test data and flag any wrong repairs figure before the nightly refresh goes live. Paul replied with job references and a screenshot.
Customer view: Paul says most of it matches, but a handful of jobs raised after the housing-system upgrade are counted twice. He makes the refresh conditional on a fix: "I don't want the refresh on until it's counted once."
Next: Callie needs to fix the mapping or the duplicate source before agreeing a go-live date. The board relies on the repairs figure, so this gates adoption.

- Callie Brennan 8 Oct 2024 13:57Hi Paul, Thanks for the names earlier. I'll send the invites today, and the new admin will get a short walkthrough from me so they can cover for you. Before we switch on the nightly refresh, here is the order I'd like to follow: - you review the dashboards on the test data and tell me if any repairs figure looks wrong - I fix any mapping you flag, and note it down in the setup note - we agree a date for the refresh to go live, so it is in place before your morning stand-up - I hand over the setup note, so you can run things without me The one I'm watching is repairs jobs being counted once only, as that is what your board relies on. If anything is double-counted, please send me the job reference and a screenshot and I'll look at it straight away. Would you have time to do the review by the end of this week? Then we can pick a go-live day on Monday. Thanks, Callie
- Paul Rigby 11 Oct 2024 14:05Callie, Done the review. Most of it matches. One thing. Repairs jobs on the first dashboard are double-counted again for a handful of jobs raised after the housing-system upgrade. Job refs attached with a screenshot. Everything else looks right. Can you look at that before we go live? I don't want the refresh on until it's counted once. Monday is fine for the go-live conversation. Any time after 10:00. Paul
