Callie Brennan and Paul Rigby agreed Thursday morning to connect the repairs system and call recorder. Written access is with the customer's IT team and is the practical cut-off for the session.

Ask: Callie asked for written read-only access confirmation for the repairs system, the name of the call recorder owner and the current repairs report. She will not start either connector without written access.

Customer view: Paul confirmed Thursday morning, before 11:00, and has asked IT. He said the attached report is what the board sees, so it is the one that needs to match.

Next: Paul will pass on the access confirmation and will update Callie on Wednesday.

Hi Paul, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. Here is the plan so we both have it in writing. Next working session: I'd like to book about an hour this week, ideally Thursday, to connect the repairs system and the call recorder before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is: - written confirmation of the read-only access for the repairs system, sent to me before Thursday - the name of whoever looks after the call recorder at Calderbrook, so I can ask them for the connection details - the report you currently use for repairs jobs, so I can map the fields against it I won't start either connector until the access is confirmed in writing, so Wednesday is the practical cut-off if we want Thursday to go ahead. Could you let me know which slot suits you? Mornings are easiest at my end. Thanks, Callie

Callie, Thursday morning works. Any time before 11:00. Repairs system access is with our IT team. I've asked them. Will forward the confirmation as soon as I have it. Call recorder is looked after by a colleague in the contact centre. I'll ask them to send you the details direct. Report attached is the one I use now. It's what the board sees, so that's the one that needs to match. Any update on the access, I'll let you know Wednesday. Paul
