Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan sent the setup note after the kickoff: arrears and repairs first, Paul Rigby as named admin, and access, source-of-truth fields and first users still needed from the customer. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Callie needs written source access, a list of source-of-truth fields for repairs jobs, and the first users to set up. She will send the mapping for checking before the refresh is switched on.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. Earlier, Paul mentioned the system counting some jobs twice.
Next: of forty licensed users only a small number are logging in, which Callie calls normal at this stage.

- Callie Brennan 10 Sep 2024 08:02Hi Helen, hi Paul, Thanks both for yesterday. Here is the setup note from the kickoff, so we all work from the same list. I have copied Marcus Bell from our customer success team so he can see where we are. What we agreed: - Arrears and repairs are the first two areas to map, as they feed the board pack most directly. - Paul is the named admin on your side and will be the person I work with day to day. - Helen will confirm which board-pack reports we reproduce first. What I need from your side is: - written access for each source, starting with the housing management system and the repairs tickets. Paul, if your IT colleagues need anything from me to approve it, send it over and I will answer the same day - a list of the fields you treat as the source of truth for repairs jobs, since you mentioned the system counting some jobs twice - confirmation of who among your users should be set up first. You have forty licensed users, but so far only a small number are logging in, which is normal at this stage On my side, I will map the fields and send you the mapping for checking before we switch on the refresh. I will not describe a mapping as done until I have checked it against your examples. I would like to have the first mapping with you by the end of this week, subject to access arriving. If anything above is wrong, tell me and I will correct the note. Thanks, Callie
