What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Procurement Director Tasha Greene told Jordan Pike that Quillmark Health selected another vendor and will not proceed with BB-Demo. The deciding factor was an unresolved data-integrity incident during the evaluation.
Customer view: Tasha says the review is complete and another vendor was chosen. She names the data-integrity incident as the deciding factor, unresolved to the satisfaction of security and compliance reviewers before the decision date.
Tone: She declines to say more in writing, says it is not a comment on the team's effort, and thanks BB-Demo for its openness with the security team.
Next: The opportunity is lost for now. Quillmark Health will keep BB-Demo on the vendor file and get in touch if requirements change.

- Tasha Greene 31 Jul 2026 15:37Jordan, I am writing to let you know the outcome of our evaluation for a single view of each hospital client for our client-services teams. Per our process, Quillmark Health has completed its review and selected another vendor at this time. We will not be proceeding with BB-Demo. The deciding factor was the data-integrity incident that arose during the evaluation. It was not resolved to the satisfaction of our security and compliance reviewers before the decision date, and given our obligations as a HIPAA-regulated business we were unable to move forward with it open. I do not want to go beyond that in writing. The decision reflects our risk assessment per our process, and it is not a comment on the effort your team put in. We appreciate your time and effort throughout, and the openness you showed our security team in particular. Please pass our thanks to the colleagues who supported the evaluation. We will keep your details on the vendor file and will be in touch should our requirements change. Best regards, Tasha Greene Procurement Director
