Current to 10 Oct 26Logistical thread: Jordan Pike asked for an hour to walk through the proposal. Ben Kowalski chose Wednesday at 11:00 Eastern, will try to bring security and procurement, and asked for the proposal a day ahead.
Ask: Jordan wants the proposal, including implementation plan and security items, presented live. Ben asked for the document a day ahead so people can skim it.
Customer view: He cannot promise both security and procurement will attend and asked about a short follow-up for whoever misses.
Next: Ben confirms attendance by end of week.

- Jordan Pike 26 Mar 2026 09:51Ben, Quick one on scheduling. The proposal is ready on my side, and I'd like to walk you through it live rather than just send a PDF and hope for the best. Here's where we are: you've seen the discovery notes and the Enterprise scope we sketched for the client-services view. The proposal pulls that together, including the implementation plan and how we'd handle the security items your team raised. To be transparent, I'd rather your security and procurement folks hear that part from me directly so nothing gets lost in translation. Could we find about an hour next week? I can do Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning, Eastern time. If it's useful, bring whoever from security and procurement you think should be in the room. What would make this a yes for you on timing? Thanks, Jordan
- Ben Kowalski 26 Mar 2026 12:03Jordan, Love it, an hour works. Wednesday morning is better for me, say 11:00 Eastern. Tuesday is jammed with a client review. I'll ask our security lead and someone from procurement to join. Can't promise both will be free, so let me socialise it internally and confirm by end of week. If one of them can't make it, would you be OK doing a short follow-up just for them? Also, could you send the proposal a day ahead so people can skim it? Easier than everyone seeing it cold.
