Daniel Okafor proposed a check-in after the renewal. Imogen Hartley accepted Thursday at 10:00 and wants to discuss what happens next with the dashboards and who owns them on her side.

Ask: Daniel wanted to review usage since the renewal and confirm the recent ticket was closed to Imogen's satisfaction.

Customer view: Imogen believes the ticket was resolved and wants the bigger picture. Her question is what comes next with the dashboards and who owns them.

Next: Daniel sends the invite. Dashboard ownership is an open question at the customer, which could be a Growth-tier opportunity or an adoption risk.

Hi Imogen, I hope the week has been kind to you. It has been a little while since we last sat down, and I'd like to get a check-in in the diary. I'd like to hear how the team is finding it since the renewal, look at where usage has settled, and make sure the recent ticket was closed to your satisfaction. If there is anything you want on the agenda, bring it along. Would next Thursday morning work, around 10:00? If not, I can do most of Wednesday or Friday. I'll come back to you by Monday if I haven't heard, just to close the loop. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. Thursday at 10:00 is fine for me. On the ticket, I believe it was resolved and my team have been getting on with things since. I'd rather talk through the bigger picture than the detail of that one, though. The real question for me is what we do next with the dashboards and who owns them on our side. Send an invite and I'll make sure the right people are in the room. Best, Imogen
